The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.

Deliveries within the UAE:

All orders placed before 4pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 3-5 working days. During sale periods, this can be longer. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address for a flat charge of AED 20/- or you can pick up your order whatever suits you best.

Deliveries within GCC countries:

All orders placed before 4pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 5 to 7 working days. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address for a flat charge of AED35/

Packages will be shipped (see shipping costs above) using our standard shipping service. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. 


Sale & Holiday Season
Because of the high demand of our sale items, orders placed during the sale are only confirmed after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Therefore, it is possible that your order will be cancelled because of out of stock items. Please be aware of a longer delivery time due to the holidays. We are working towards having your order processed as fast as possible.

International Shipping Policies
If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Undeliverable and Refused Packages
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or miss-delivered.

Wrong/Defective Product Shipped : 

In the event that wrong/defective product is shipped, you will be eligible for Return and Exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by us. We must be notified within 5days of delivery. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45days depending on the issuing bank. 

Cancellation of Order : 

In the event that you wish to cancel/modify your order you may do so within 24hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45days depending on the issuing bank.
